The National Rebuild Network serves as a coordination platform connecting individuals and families experiencing housing challenges with institutional partners, agencies, and housing providers.
What we do: We collect information about housing needs and route requests to appropriate institutional partners and housing agencies based on urgency and location.
What we are not: We are not a medical service, licensed social worker, or direct housing provider. We do not provide emergency shelter, legal advice, or licensed case management.
Our role is to identify housing pressure, understand individual situations, and connect people with the right institutional partners who can provide appropriate support.
